the staff were polite and the environment was neat, which i found acceptable.
i had some issues . the shower lacked hot water, and i found the room to be poorly made. there were no bathroom or beverage supplies initially (i had to ask for them).

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel décor created a real luxury feeling. The hotel buffet was AMAZING and exceeded my expectations. I used the nice hotel pool in the morning.
The room was slightly noisy due to activity in the hallway at night.
